1. About these terms
These terms apply to every booking with Airport Toronto Pearson Limo, a licensed limousine and taxi transportation provider based at 92 Carlton Street, Toronto, ON, Canada. By confirming a booking you accept them. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
2. Bookings and quotes
A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with the vehicle, time and fare. Fares quoted through the online calculator are estimates based on driving distance and the selected vehicle. The final fare is the one we confirm in writing.
3. Fares and payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated otherwise.
- Highway 407 tolls, airport access fees, parking and extended waiting time are charged at cost and shown on your receipt.
- Payment is due on completion unless you hold an approved corporate account.
- Gratuity is at your discretion and is never added automatically.
4. Waiting time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, measured from the actual landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Waiting beyond that is billed in 15 minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate.
5. Cancellations
- Sedan and SUV bookings cancelled more than 4 hours before pickup are free of charge.
- Cancellations inside 4 hours, and no shows, are charged at the full quoted fare.
- Stretch limousine, van and event bookings require 72 hours notice. Deposits on wedding and event bookings are non refundable inside that window.
- If a flight is cancelled by the airline we do not charge a cancellation fee.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate addresses, flight numbers and passenger counts when booking.
- Seat belts must be worn by all passengers as required by Ontario law.
- Open alcohol, smoking, vaping and illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle. Ontario law applies inside the car.
- Passengers are responsible for damage or soiling caused during a ride. A cleaning charge of up to 300 Canadian dollars may apply.
- Vehicle capacity limits are legal limits and cannot be exceeded.
7. Luggage and belongings
Luggage allowances are listed for each vehicle. We take care with your property but cannot accept liability for items left behind. Anything found is held for 30 days and can be collected from our office.
8. Delays and events beyond our control
We plan generous journey times, but we are not liable for losses caused by weather, road closures, collisions, protests, mechanical failure or other events outside our control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable we will supply a replacement of equal or better standard where possible.
9. Right to refuse service
Our chauffeurs may end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful. In that case the full fare remains payable.
10. Complaints
Tell us within seven days of the ride by calling 416-518-9530 or emailing bookings@airporttorontopearsonlimo.com. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within ten.
