A wedding runs on timing. We sit down with your schedule, work backwards from the ceremony, and build a plan that gets everyone where they need to be without anybody watching the clock. The car is cleaned, dressed and waiting long before the first guest arrives.
We meet or call ahead of the date, map every address, and agree pick up times for the couple, parents and wedding party. If the ceremony and reception are in different cities we drive the route beforehand to check for construction and closures.
The white stretch limousine is the classic choice, while couples after something understated often pick the black executive sedan. Luxury vans keep bridesmaids and groomsmen together, hair and dresses intact.
Out of town guests staying at an airport hotel can be shuttled to the venue and back in timed waves. It keeps drinking and driving out of the picture and stops the reception thinning out early.
We can hold a car for the send off, take the couple to their hotel and move gifts and decor back to a family home. Late finishes are normal for us, so there is no rush at the end of the night.
